Project Cycle Management and Resources Mobilization

The training in Project Cycle Management and Resources Mobilization was conducted from 2nd to 7th June 2014 and was attended by representatives from DSC01553CSOs along with Regional and Local Government Officials from Mtwara and Masasi. These two trainings were a result of Capacity Assessment done at the beginning of the project which depicted the need to strengthen CSOs project management capacity and ability to mobilize resources for their projects. The project will be a grand clearing house supporting CSOs with grant opportunity scanning and development of proposals and concept notes through out. Participants did express their appreciation for the training opportunity and are working to develop a strategy for resources mobilization. The trainings that have been conducted in this first phase also include trainings on financial management, strategic planning, Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health and rights and Youth to Youth Approach.
